Dr Paul Liano BDS (Birm)
Dr Paul Liano established Tangmere Dental Centre in it’s current form in 1988, so has been at the practice for over 30 years. He regards dentistry as an “art form”, not just the end result of beautiful restorations, but the means of it’s delivery, so as to achieve a “smile”. He believes in health before cure and so encourages a perspective change in how care is received, focusing on keeping natural healthy teeth by predicting disease to avoid repair.
Dr Nicholas Forster
Nick has worked in dentistry for over 35 years. He is currently Chair of the Wessex Local Dental Network (LDN) as well as a GDPC member with NHS England.
Nick has been a Senior Partner at St James Dental Clinic in Winchester since 1986. St. James Dental Clinic was an urgent hub during the Covid pandemic and continues to be the largest independent provider of NHS dental healthcare in Hampshire.
Dr Simon Chaplin-Rogers

The first period of his career was spent in the department of Maxillo Facial Surgery at University College Hospital London. He elected to return to medical school qualifying as a doctor in 1984. Then followed 5 years of medical rotations in London Hospitals.
