To guarantee our definitive repair work for at least two years.
To make no charge for appointments changed or cancelled when 24 hours or more notice is given.
If less than 24 hours notice is given we will endeavour to fill the time by offering it to another patient in which case no fee will be charged for the original cancellation.
We appreciate your commitment to:
Arrive in time for your appointment
To act in a courteous polite manner to staff and with consideration to other patients. To be responsible for your children’s behaviour if applicable.
To be patient and allow extra time for your visit, so we can still complete your work if we are behind.
Update us of changes in your health or circumstances, such as medications or phone numbers and name & address.
Follow instructions to care for the work we provide.
Attend maintenance appointments to service your teeth as advised to enable us to predict and prevent disease.
Always inform us in good time if you cannot attend an appointment. Even if just before, there is a good chance your appointment time can be used constructively, so helping us reduce any fees to you.
If we call you and ask you to move your appointment forward of back a little on the day, that you do your best to accommodate, as it will certainly be to help another patient.
Agree to pay staff in attendance if for any reason you need to miss or cancel an appointment with less that 24 hours notice.
Pay for treatments when requested as treatment progresses and on some occasions in advance.
