What to Expect When You Call

Reception will ask a few quick questions:
1. Are you an existing patient? If yes, we'll find your record.
2. What's the appointment for? Routine examination, hygiene, specific treatment, new patient assessment.
3. Any urgency? Pain or emergency moves you to the next available slot.
4. Preferred clinician? We'll match you with your regular dentist where possible.
5. When works? We'll find a slot that fits your schedule.
For most routine appointments, we can book a few weeks ahead. New patient examinations may have a slightly longer wait - call to check current availability.

Need Emergency Care ?

During practice hours

For dental emergencies (significant pain, swelling, trauma) during practice hours, call us first - we'll do everything we can to see you the same day. We typically keep emergency slots open just before lunch.

Outside practice hours — registered patients

Registered patients can use our private emergency service (out-of-hours fees apply).
Non-registered patients should use the NHS emergency dental service.
