PHONE LINE AND BROADBAND OUTAGE AT THE PRACTICE AT PRESENT – SEVERAL RECURRENT PERIODS OF FAILURE

We apologise for the inconvenience for patients that are trying to contact us. As our answer service and emails are cloud based these are going to the cloud as normal but we can only access to them intermittently at the practice. This makes us unable to respond as quickly as we would like.

The fault is being caused by BT lines which are being worked on in the area and is something beyond our control.

We have diverted calls to a mobile phone at the practice but unfortunately most mobile networks have such a poor signal at the practice it makes this an unreliable alternative but is the best we can do at present.

Again apologies for the inconvenience. Please call or email as usual and we will work our way through the call-back list as soon as possible. Many Thanks for your understanding.

NHS SERVICES FROM DR FANG LIU

NHS services from Dr Fang Liu are sadly being phased out due to several circumstances beyond our control. She is happy to explain these reasons personally to our long standing patients, rest assured it is an unavoidable decision for her. To help however she is introducing a more affordable Denplan option starting at only £11.07 per month for regular care and provides access to discounted private treatment.

The practice is also nearing capacity for Private care so we can only see a limited number of new private patients per month. Sadly due to this lack of capacity we also have to reserve emergency time to current registered patients only.

We strongly recommend all patients to keep their registration current to ensure access to treatment when needed.
